Hi, I’m Kate. I founded Katoniel Holgate Group with a passion for personal and professional development that has driven me since the beginning.

With a career spanning over a decade in the dynamic realm of human resources, I have had the privilege of operating at a strategic level across diverse sectors, including non-profit, private enterprise, government, financial services, and education. As a seasoned consultant, I have partnered with CEOs, managers, and aspiring entrepreneurs to drive organisational excellence and cultivate leadership talent.

My journey in HR has been defined by a deep-seated passion for helping individuals realise their full potential in all facets of their lives. Guided by this passion, I have transitioned into coaching, where I now focuses on facilitating holistic growth and development for individuals seeking to thrive personally and professionally.

Together with this, I also provide Human Resources (HR) consultancy for SMEs assisting them in sourcing candidates, qualifying candidates by checking their right to work in the UK and reference checking, and even arranging interviews where precision and effective communication are paramount.
