Maintenance Operatives
Our Client is a Property Management Organisation currently seeking a Multi-traders / Handymen based in South London. If you are skilled in any or all of the below please submit your CV and we will be in touch.
Responsibilities:
- plumbing;
- Tiling;
- Carpentry;
- Ability to work on ladders, heights etc;
- Painting and decorating;
- Repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers;
- Carpentry – Making Good;
- Renewing waste pipes, syphons, inlet valves, baths, sinks, basins, bath panels, pumps and tiling;
- Local Authority or Social Housing Experience.
Requirements:
- Own tools;
- Full UK driving license;
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard;
- Plumbing;
- Painting & decorating;
- Background in carpentry;
- On site working hours – Mon-Fri 9-6
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the position of Administration/Compliance Support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting both administrative functions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and contributing to effective office management within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Compliance Assistance:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programmes.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to facilitate compliance training sessions.
Document Control:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance activities.
- Organise and file compliance-related documentation for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various individuals and teams.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Policy Implementation:
- Support the implementation and communication of organisational policies.
- Work with Hotels to ensure policies are understood and followed.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Input and manage data in compliance databases, ensuring accuracy.
- Generate routine reports and assist in data analysis related to compliance activities.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications related to compliance matters.
Training Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating training for employees.
- Maintain training records and follow up on outstanding training requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or compliance support role.
- Understanding of compliance principles and regulations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Qualifications in administration or compliance are a plus.
- Familiarity with understanding, monitoring and developing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Previous experience in administration or compliance support is highly desirable.

Part-Time Property Solicitor
We are seeking a robust housing solicitor to join our Property Management Client. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills. We want someone with a strong attention to detail and someone who is able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are expected to have a flexible attitude to work and time.
We would welcome applications from all levels of PQE.
Your experience should include:
- Strong experience in a housing management legal department in a Property Management Organisation
- Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
- Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
- Experience of delivering excellent client care preferably in private practice.
- A consistent track record of meeting monthly time recording and billing targets.
- Familiarity and experience of working on a case management system.
- Representing the company in court cases
This role offers a Hybrid working, with attendance at the office require 2-3 days a week depending on the needs of the business.
